We are thrilled that you are interested in joining Room to Read's Journey to Bali, Indonesia! This journey will be an opportunity to get active and travel with Room to Read's Global Board of Directors and executive leadership team members. During this journey, you will have a chance to learn from our partners and leadership about the incredible impact you've helped us achieve, celebrate our progress and share our vision for the years to come. This unique, first-hand experience will deepen your understanding of the positive change we're making together. You and a small group of Room to Read investors will meet with our in-country partners and key community stakeholders, and interact closely with children and teachers in our partner schools. Below are important details about the trip. This site will be updated as details are finalized, so check back frequently. Bali has one international airport allowing people to fly from all over the world. Denpasar-Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) is located in the Kuta area, in the south of Bali.
Hotel options:
Per the itinerary, the meeting location prior to the Room to Read site visit, Board of Directors meeting, and Programmatic Experience will all take place at the Hyatt Regency Sanur, and therefore all Room to Read staff will be staying here on-site. For ease of travel, we highly recommend that you choose to stay here.

If you are considering staying in either of these hotels or somewhere else, we strongly encourage you to check the traveling time (including commuting traffic) between hotels prior to booking. Guests will be required to arrange their own transfers to and from the Hyatt.
Please arrange your airport transfer directly through your hotel.
